Software Updates

Instructions for updating firmware via USB and the files necessary to do so for various products can be found on this page. Please select your product from the list below.

Please note that a USB flash drive will be needed for the update. Instructions for preparing a flash drive can be found here.

Prepare USB Flash Drive

1. You will need a USB-A flash drive containing a FAT32 partition smaller than 4 GB.
2. If you do not have a USB flash drive that meets the criteria, you can Request A Firmware Update Kit.
3. Locate and download the .zip file containing the firmware for your specific product from this page.
4. Open the downloaded .zip file and move the .txt file within to the USB flash drive. (Please follow T9 instructions attached to this article for the T9)
5. The .txt file must be moved to the root of the USB flash drive and not be placed within any folders. (Please follow T9 instructions attached to this article for the T9)
6. Locate and follow the USB firmware update instructions for your specific product from this page.
